EDEN FESSHAZION

Attorney Fesshazion is a Georgia licensed attorney and a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2008. She is the owner and founding partner of Eden Fesshazion LLC, a general practice law firm. Attorney Fesshazion is admitted to practice with the following courts: Georgia Courts, Supreme Court of Georgia, the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and pending application for the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She a member of the Georgia Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA), and Start ME, Entrepreneurs Program.
Attorney Fesshazion obtained her Juris Doctorate from GSU College of Law on a full scholarship. Prior to law school, she worked for five years with the Georgia General Assembly, Senate Research Office, as an Associate Policy Analyst. She also served as a judicial intern with the Honorable Judge Linda T. Walker, United States Magistrate District Court in Atlanta, Georgia, and with the Federal Defender Program. During law school, she also worked in the IP department of Kipatrick Townsend and specifically worked on the landmark case adidas v. Payless where the jury awarded adidas 304.6 million dollars. She graduate cum laude with a BA in Political Science from GSU.
Attorney Fesshazion serves as a Board of Trustees for SACS, a non-profit organization. She has provided countless hours of community service, was a Freedom Writers Mentor, and has been recognized for pro bono service to the community by the AVLF, EACAG, MEEOTC, and Dehai. She is a multi-lingual attorney fluent in English, Tigrinya, and Amharic.
